01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 4dking ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 4dking website, mobile application, and all related services provided by our platform.

Your continued use of the 4dking platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in effect.

4dking reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at the platform's sole discretion. Notice of changes will be delivered via email or in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate action.

02 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use the 4dking platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Register under your own name with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
• Does not have an active 4dking account or has had an account previously terminated.
• Not appearing on any voluntary self-exclusion list or platform prohibition list.
• Reside in a region where the use of online betting services is not prohibited by local law.
• Not acting as a representative, agent, or proxy on behalf of another party when registering.

4dking reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or utility bill for address verification purposes.

03 Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms. If 4dking detects multiple accounts linked to the same user based on IP address, device, bank details, or any other identifying marker, all associated accounts will be immediately frozen and all balances forfeited without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure, including your username and password. 4dking recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings.
• Not sharing login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Report any unauthorized access to the 4dking support team immediately.

4dking will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All deposits into a 4dking account must be made using payment methods supported by the platform and in your own name. Accepted payment methods include FPX, online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and approved e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users.
• 4dking reserves the right to hold suspicious deposits for security review.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the 4dking account holder.
• Users must complete the KYC verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed in under 3 minutes, subject to security checks where required.
• 4dking reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days if an account is undergoing a security review.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

4dking offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual terms of each promotion.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and game restrictions, all of which are clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user who has never previously held a 4dking account.
• 4dking reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there are signs of abuse.
• Users who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will forfeit all related bonuses and wins.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds before wagering requirements are met cannot be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including two-way betting (hedging) to meet wagering requirements, is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation.

06 Game Rules & User Conduct

All 4dking users are expected to act honestly and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to automate in-game actions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your true location in order to deceive the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that could be classified as money laundering through the platform.
• Communicating in a manner that is threatening, harassing, or offensive toward other players or staff.

4dking employs an advanced fraud detection system that continuously monitors all activity on the platform. Any suspicious activity will result in a temporary account freeze pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently terminated and all remaining balances forfeited.

07 User Privacy & Data Security

4dking takes the privacy and data security of all users seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by 4dking Privacy Policy which form part of these Terms and shall be read together.

All data collected is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving the user experience. 4dking does not sell or transfer users' personal data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or a valid court order.

The 4dking platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and 4dking staff do not have access to user passwords.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 4dking platform, including but not limited to logos, branding, interface design, text, graphics, images, source code, and software, is the exclusive property of 4dking or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, reproduce, sell, or exploit any platform content in any form without prior written consent from 4dking. Permitted use is limited to personal viewing for the purpose of using the platform's services only.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

4dking reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Owning multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Legal obligation or a valid court order.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the user.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 4dking customer support team. Before the account is closed, all active bonus conditions must be completed and any pending bets will be voided in accordance with the relevant game policy.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 4dking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from betting activity.
• Service disruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Game outcomes produced by a properly functioning RNG.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

4dking's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11 Amendment of Terms

4dking reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-account notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to read those notifications and review the amended Terms. Continued use of the 4dking platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to all changes made.

If you do not agree with the amendments made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and withdraw all eligible balances in accordance with the current withdrawal policy.

12 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and resolved in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by the platform.

Users agree that they access the 4dking platform at their own initiative and risk, and are responsible for ensuring that the use of online betting services is lawful under the laws of their local jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone shall be deemed inapplicable while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
